18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Reels.porn (the "Site") were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created.
Exemption
Reels.porn is not a "producer", as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, of any of the content available on or through the Site. The operators of Reels.porn do not create, produce, or upload the sexually explicit content displayed; the Site provides access and links to material produced by third parties.
With respect to content for which Reels.porn is not the producer, the obligation to maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A rests with the original producers of that content, who may be identified through the third-party sources from which the content originates.
Records
For any content to which a records-keeping obligation applies to Reels.porn, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the Custodian of Records. To make an inquiry regarding records, or to identify the producer of specific content, contact the Custodian of Records at legal@reels.porn.
Zero-tolerance policy
Reels.porn has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors or non-consenting individuals. If you believe any content violates this policy, report it immediately to removals@reels.porn and it will be removed.
