DMCA & Content Removal
Reels.porn respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We also remove content at the request of individuals who appear in it. This page explains how to submit a notice.
Report copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@reels.porn that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on Reels.porn of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously.
Remove content you appear in
If you appear in a video and want it taken down — including for any consent, privacy, or non-consensual ("revenge") concern — email removals@reels.porn with a link to the content and a way to verify your request. We treat these requests seriously and act quickly.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@reels.porn including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we may restrict or remove content sources that are the subject of repeated infringement notices.
